Really need a prim for each button ?

For external buttons you need a prim for each one.

For internal buttons you also need a prim for each one but with V2.0 there is a possibility to have a prim for many buttons, look here.

How can I command lift with another script ?

V2.0 has API features, I'll publish informations and an example to use them.

How to make a new setup with my lift ?

With V1.0 you must reset all buttons scripts before making a new setup.

With V2.0 you just have to drop the script "setup lift V2.0" in the lift : all buttons are reset, notecard and lift script are deleted and the setup begin !

I need button level 0 to setup

You get this message when you want to make the setup :

"I need button level 0 to setup..."

That means that there is a problem with button "Level0".

Check if you have the script "button V..." inside your button and that this one is called "Level0"
Reset this script if it is inside

Now that must work !
